PT is aware of the price ranges.
a. You have mentioned the average price ranges for the treatments over the phone.
IF PT wants to pay using their Super, then:
(Super min approval criteria):
a. PT needs to be an Australian Permanent Resident
b. PT needs to have at least $25K in Super (based on $20K), or:
- Has a relative that can use their Super for them.
- Is able to qualify for a patient plan (Payment Plan min approval criteria).
IF PT wants to pay using a payment plan, then:
(Payment Plan min approval criteria)
a. Be an Australian Permanent Resident;
b. Working at least 25 hours per week, and be able to show income (E.g. payslips or bank statements);
c. Has a Valid ID;
d. Or has a co-signer or someone that would go on a payment for them.
e. Or has savings to cover enough of the treatment.
IF PT is on Centrelink benefits, then they need to:
1. Be able to service at least $160/week (if needing AO4) and
a. Have proof of income (bank statements / centrelink statements)
b. Has a Valid ID;
2. Or a cosigner willing to help them out.
3. Or qualifies for using their Super (Super min approval criteria).
4. Or has enough savings
IMPORTANT
We need to demonstrate on our notes what clients want to see, which is that our PTs are pre-qualified. Clients first want to see on the notes that the patient is financially qualified. Ask the right questions in the right order so that you can prove this.
FINANCIAL
➤ IS THE PATIENT AWARE OF THE PRICES?
✔ PT is aware of the price ranges and is okay with them.
✔ PT knows AO4 costs between $27k to $29k per Arch and is okay with the prices.
➤ DOES THE PATIENT HAVE A WAY TO PAY FOR THE TREATMENT & ELIGIBLE FOR THEIR DESIRED PAYMENT METHOD?
✔ If PT wants to pay using their super AND has MORE than $25K, then:
• PT wants to pay using his/her Super, and has $60k in Super.
• PT is an Australian PR
✔ If PT wants to pay using their super AND has LESS than $25K, then you need to qualify for a payment plan and include on your notes the following:
a. PT is working 25 hours per week or full-time (better)
b. If not working enough, then:
• PT also has a co-signer or a relative who can do an application on their
behalf.
• Or PT has savings to contribute to TX.
• PT has a valid driver's license.
✔ If PT wants to pay using a payment plan:
a. PT wants to pay using a payment plan
b. PT is an Australian PR
c. PT is working 25 hrs per week or full-time (better)
d. If not working enough, then:
• PT also has a co-signer or a relative who can do an application on their
behalf
• Or PT has savings to contribute to TX.
• PT has a valid driver's license.

➤ Wearing Partial Dentures
• URHS x 4 missing teeth, 2 mobile, 1 retained root
• ULHS x 2 missing teeth, 2 mobile, 1 retained root
• LRHS x 3 missing teeth, 2 mobile, 1 retained root
• LLHS x 2 missing teeth, 2 mobile, 1 retained root
• Teeth have been missing for 5+ years.

• PT’s confidence is affected daily
• PT has to cover their mouth when smiling & doesn’t like smiling.
• PT hates taking photos & being in social scenes.
• Dental condition is affecting his social life and work life
• PT experiencing pain and discomfort when eating

Maintaining a high level of professionalism is absolutely crucial.
2. Actively listen to what the patients have to say. Absorb every piece of information
they provide and do your best to demonstrate empathy and understanding.
3. Speak clearly and choose your words carefully. Your tone and language can instill confidence in the patient when speaking with you.
4. Do not use slang words and of course, never ever swear over the phone.
5. Spend a few extra minutes to create detailed and coherent notes.
6. Never forget to ask the mandatory questions in your script. It is crucial not to overlook
any pre-qualifying questions as these are what matter most to the client.

Criteria for booking a patient in the All-On-4 Calendar:
If a patient is missing 3 teeth or more, they need to be booked under the All-On-4
Calendar.
Even if the patient's remaining teeth are in okay condition we book under All-On-4
as they have 3 or more missing teeth.
Criteria for booking a patient in the Singular Implants or Smile Makeover Calendar.
If a patient is missing less than 3 teeth and the remaining teeth are in OK condition, we
book them under the Singular Implants or Smile Makeover Calendar.
